The swimming pool

We booked one room in the hotel from August 12th till August 14th based on the good reviews we’ve read, we saw the following when we arrived: -the room had a lot of flies and of course we couldn’t use the anti-bug spray because then the room would reek of bad odor. -The breakfast was laughably bad, and whats worse is that there are no decent restaurants near the hotel, on the second day 3 other families checked in, so the hotel decided to add some beans (fool). If they were honest enough we could have saved some money and rented an apartment and had a decent breakfast at least.

Rooms are nice and clean. Air conditioning was working fine although very old and noisy model. Staff was very gentle and available to help for any request. Nice also the swimming pool and the gym.

The position is very far from city center about 30 min walking (in summer it's pretty complicated). The description about private beach is tricky and must be definitely revised. The beach is not 3 minutes away from hotel as mentioned. It's 30 minutes walking or 3 km away or 5 minutes by minibus. Transportation must be arranged in advance and it's not available at all the hours. Internet didn't work at all in the 3 days of my staying. Breakfast also can be improved. I was charged in egyptian currency at the exchange rate of their choice (5% more) even if in booking confirmation it's written that i must be charged in USD

The hotel was much lovelier than we were expecting, and the website had not made it clear that there are two restaurants within the hotel (we almost did not book here because it is about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Safaga) - but we never needed to head into the town as there were nearby shops, cafes - and even the Go bus stop was outside the door. Further great surprises were - Our family room turned out to be a whole suite, and we had the pool to ourselves all day.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel at all.

Room service was slow abit , cafetiria timings were bad the hotel was super noisy because of this little boys group

Comfort calm clean fit for purpose under our way from cairo to marsallam. The dinner was very good especially grilled chicken with grilled vegetables & baba ghanoog... Excellent cold drinks

personnel, internet wifi , emplacement, très proche de station de Bus pour le Caire, pas de bruit, le piscine ouvert de 11:00 h a 17:00 h, 3 banques autour l'Hôtel 4 min a pied.

Le petit déjeuner et le dîner ne correspondent pas bien au prix.

La disponibilité et l'accès à la plage privée du El Jhawara Lodge, filiale du groupe, grâce à une navette gratuite. Au Lodge, en plus de la plage, il y a un bar et un restaurant de très bonne qualité. Le spa est aussi excellent!

Le confort et la propreté.l'hôtel est bien mais c'est juste selon notre ressenti que nous n avons pas aimé.

Aucun charme et La plage à 30 minute à pied, il faut prendre le taxi qui est bien sur fourni par l hôtel mais c'est dommage. Pour le snorkeling il n y a rien à voir.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel pour réaliser nos plongées quotidiennes au centre DUNE de Safaga. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son prix, de l'ordre de 10 euros/nuit/personne... Bien que situé un peu au sud de la ville et dans un quartier sans trop de charme, l'hôtel s'est révélé d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Les chambres y étaient climatisées, spacieuses, propres. Le petit-déjeuner (inclus) se composait d'un buffet plutôt varié. Le soir, le restaurant intégré à l'hôtel offre une carte assez bonne et encore une fois, pour un prix assez faible.... Comptez de 1 à 3 euros pour le repas. Enfin, ayant été placé dans une chambre quelque peu bruyante, le personnel a été arrangeant et nous a changé de chambre pour en trouver une totalement silencieuse. De même, lors de notre check-out à 5H30 du matin, l'équipe nous avait préparé sur demande une breakfast box pour notre voyage en bus ! Bref, un hôtel bien fourni, bien équipé (salle de sport, piscine, etc.) et à des prix imbattables sur la ville. Un hôtel pour les petits budgets et/ou ceux qui ne rentrent dans leur chambre qu'en toute fin de journée pour dîner puis se reposer !

L'hôtel est situé au sud de la ville, dans un coin sans charme et parfois bruyant.

C est un hôtel étoilé est de très bonne qualité, le personnel est très serviable, bien que nous soyons très peu lors de notre séjour, nous avons pu avoir accès à tous les services, petite salle de sport, belle piscine. La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse. Le petit déjeuner est correcte bien suivi la conjoncture, très peu de client, il n y a pas de buffet. La plage située à 3 km est de très bonne qualité, mais très pauvre pour le snorkeling. La promo booking nous a été très profitable pour ces 4 jours.

Son emplacement. Face au port maritime, c est extrêmement bruyant. Cet hôtel est sûrement prévu pour les pèlerins en transit non pour les touristes. La plage est à 3 km

Accueil très bienveillant et personnel très accueillant. Nous avons pris 2chambres en famille :: Une très calme et une autre plus bruyante car donnant sur la rue

Un groupe bruyant est arrivé à l'hôtel en pleine nuit la dernière nuit de notre séjour mais sinon très bien le reste du séjour.

Frühstück war super, eine Mischung aus ägyptischen und continentalen Speisen, reichhaltig mit frischen Säften, toll war auch die Möglichkeit an der Strandlodge zu nutzen und dort mit Handtüchern versorgt zu werden

durch die Lage war es etwas laut durch Straßenlärm

Das Wasser aus dem Duschkopf hätte stärker sein können :(
